Returns & Refund Policy – LuxLongevity

At LuxLongevity, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

You’re eligible to return your bottle of NMN within 100 days of purchase with a receipt or proof of purchase. If 100 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

To start your return:
Email us at sales@luxlongevity.com with your order number and reason for return. Once accepted, we’ll issue you a returns number — this must be included inside the return package. Returns sent without a returns number may not be processed.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days.

Please note it may take time for your bank or card provider to process the refund on their end.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• We recommend using a tracked or insured shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

If you have any questions or would like to request a return, reach out to us at sales@luxlongevity.com. All returns must be sent to our specified returns address — not to the manufacturer.

Note: Our return window is 100 days. After that, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.
