Before NMN: My morning always started with tea or coffee. By 10 or 11 AM, I’d usually had one or two cups.
By mid-afternoon, I could feel that familiar slowdown. By 5 PM, I was running on empty.
Week 3 on NMN: Something felt… quietly different. I made my morning coffee out of habit, but forgot to drink it.
Found it cold on my desk around lunchtime.
The usual afternoon dip? It just didn’t arrive the same way.
